That's quite a broad statement there chief.
.biz was created with a commercial focus in mind and it has proven to be equally appealing to end users when the .com is taken.

Equally appealing to end users says who? End users wouldn't even be familiar with .biz
I stand by what I said I don't think this domain has any value. How would you go about developing this name? You obviously think otherwise.
