Even if WLS doesn't arrive there would be a good option for a forum/information on the UK National Health Service waiting lists.

Got me thinking about a great way to collect OPT-IN email addressess..there are tons of waiting lists for everything from Health Services to college entrances to tickets..

Let people sign up to get their names on waiting lists and email them when they are "up"..
