Thanks Vivvy. It's getting to the point these days that you have to post a list of what you don't want in order to keep a thread on target. I'll try to explain a little better one more time for those that can't seem to understand:

I'm looking along the lines of defunct/slow traffic websites - not skins, not domains, not turnkey sites and not forums created 10 mins ago where 5 of your friends have signed up. These sites don't have to be large - they can have 25 members or a few uniques a day at this point. If you have a working website at this point and it fits my budget and requirements it's also welcome.

I'd like to keep these sites in an $xx range though I might look a little higher (please note: little higher is not 10x the price I have down in my book).

I don't want to offend anyone with the bold words, but I'm trying to provide a few keywords for those who cannot seem to read very well at the moment.

you're making him cranky folks.... he doesn't want skins or something you set up overnight .... If I'm understanding right he's looking for developed forum sites that have been out there and died a natural death.

or i could be wrong. But, I think if I'm not getting it that might explain why others are not getting it and dman you aren't getting the kind of offers you want...it's not clear. If you feel like it still needs more 'splainin', that might be helpful.

Due to time constrants, I am selling my unfinished project. You will be able to take what I have started and complete the site. The advantages of buying my unfinished project is that it is sold for alot less than if they were complete, and it has great potential.

For this project I will list what my plan for the site was, what has been completed, and what needs doing. Here is it:

DatingPC.com $90

Aim: To be a dating site directory that allows people to leave feedback about dating sites (such as match.com). I planned to add affiliate links to the particular dating sites, and earn a commission each time a visitor signed-up. DatingPC.com is a great domain, and already has some pagerank.

Done: The dating review pages have been set up and the feedback system is done. And a great design!

Needs Doing: Dating site intro's and feature lists, dating articles and dating tips. This shouldn't take more than a few hours.
