I need a newsletter program that will send to a list of 40,000+. I will pay for a fast program. I don't want a script that I have to install on my site, I simply want something that takes a .csv lists and either uses the programs server or a SMTP type connection of mine and mails HTML/Text to the people on the list.
Will pay good money for something fast. The free ones I've found all run incredibly slow even on my own SMTP. I'm looking for something that will mail 20,000 in under 2 hours.
