What does "cash cow sites" mean?

Well I guess by definition:
A company or division of a company that generates a steady and significant amount of free cash flow.

I'm looking to establish some sites that bring in money on a constant basis!

As for partnerships, it would generally be a 50/50 partnership and so I'd guess expenses would be covered by the both of us.
