Snapped this one, and I'm a little shy about putting a vBulletin on it. Was thinking of using for debates. (Pro US Anti-US Pro Iraq Anti Saddam etc) Looking at the posts on the forum here as any indication, I think the thing could catch some fire. Some might not be friendly either. I'd expect battles in the threads. Maybe a DOS attack or two. Suicide posts where I'll pull the plug. But if done right, maybe it could be the Motha of All Bulletin Boards (MOAB)

Should I just get rid of the thing, and at what price? If not, what would you suggest I put on it for thread categories?

I'll be waiting here in my bunker for responses with my gas mask on.

Ya I had my eye on this one, unfortunately someone (you apparently ) had the snap on it. Its worth at least $100 to someone (the loser) at NW.

Thanks for the comments Ed, but I think that there will always be war someplace unfortunately. People will still talk about the past wars, current wars, future threats of wars etc etc. If I keep it, I'll probably link my veteran names to it.

Stoc, I would definately hold onto it. In my opinion its a premium forum name, especially when I have seen things like FootballForum.com go for riculuous prices.

I agree that there will always be a war and people are getting more tech savy everyday and like to "vent" their opinions somewhere. They may not like doing it in public, but everyone has an opinion about war (which I've realized late at night when everyone has had a few beers). All you need to do is get it up and running and people will visit and keep coming back to reply to what other people say about what they think.

Definately worth the snap, you bastard (if you ever want to sell ill pay for the snap price :razz: )

I'd sure hate to be a mod on a board like that. If you think things get ugly at DNF wait till you throw in race, religion, and politics. :laugh:

"War" can mean so many things. I think there is an internal "war" going on in America right now. The Liberals vs Conservatives. We are a 50/50 split, right down the friggen middle when it comes to political philosophies. I personally would register as a "conservative" member, and see how many "kills" I could register on liberal members!! :laugh:

Political Forums are a hotbed for activity. I don't think you'd have any probs getting members from here to "get things started" for you... which is hard sometimes for first-time forums.

Found out NW got Warrior.com for that $7569.00 bid. ;-)
