Was.net Stolen: Do Not Buy !!!

Guys just to inform you,
I have been doing some personal detective work over the domain was.net I was hoping to catch at snap within the month.
The name has been renewed and transferred away to Godaddy by a scammer who stole the name by setting up emails on another expired domain.
Very Tired atm, so I will elaborate as to the details in the morning.
Godaddy + NetSol have been contacted.
Please post this everywhere you know.

Trying to sort out how to copy a whole gmail convo over here with no success... any help would be much appreciated.
Anyway a general summary, I assumed the role of the real owner and got this guy to essentially admit he stole the name. The correspondence was then sent to godaddy and netsol. Voila

It shows pending delete on cached whois sites like domaintools. Use a live whois checker.

Focus: noone is selling it atm. I am just saying if it comes on the market dont waste your money as itll be taken off you.

I know it is stolen because I too was trying to purchase it from the real owner.
