Can anybody suggest any good web hosting provider that offers vbulletin forum as part of the hosting deal.

Also, I need advice on the web transaction providers such as paypal etc. Which one of them offers good deal in terms of reliability and charges?

None that I know with vB - but many with phpBB and IB etc, some with postNuke to. You might want to ask on vB's forum - there might be one.

The second question deserves a seperate post, but a search will show you more than a few threads with better answers than I can provide.
