I am looking for someone to develop a website for me. Prior experience in developing real estate, mortgage, home shopping sites ideal. The site I am planning on developing in the next 60 days is TheHomeSource.com, probably will be mostly an affiliate and drop ship site initially.

I am looking for something that is easy to navigate and not a generic script. Sites that I like for the layout are quickenloans.com and servicemagic.com, obviously I am not looking for something that robust, but as an example of layout and functionality.

Budget of $ 500+
