If you would develop it and broadcast news about webhost(s), then I would say the potential is unlimited. But I would say reg fee, undeveloped.
for webhost I think .tv is rather weak. TV works best for things like food, places or things like music, shopping etc. also webhost is not as good as webhosting.
I know there are people that love .tvs, but I doubt any of them here would offer xx.xxx.
