Offers Webmaster Forum Possibly For Sale [Webmasters-Talk.com]

Hi guys and gals.

I am considering the possible sale of one of my webmaster forums; the one I am referring to Webmasters-Talk.com. I'm going to get right down to it: I am expecting a decent amount for this forum, no matter how pathetic I may sound - the only reason I am selling it is because I am in need of money for other expenses and projects I have going on.

General Information:

• The forum receives over 50 unique visitors per day.
• The forum is powered by vBulletin - the OWNED vBulletin license is included with this sale.
• The forum is using a UNIQUE CUSTOM forum skin - I will include the PSD to the buyer.
• There are no duplicate user registrations.
• The domain is search engine friendly and competitive - I bought it for a heavy $75. It is registered at DomainSite: free push to your account.
• Web hosting IS included with this sale...there is over 8 months left on the hosting account already paid for! It was paid for one year on April 30, 2006.
• Google AdSense was recently added to the site...it made $1.04 last month and so far $2.06 this month.
• Last but not least, the site has a legit Google PageRank 4.

Let's just get some of the expenses I already put into it out of the way...I spent $160 on the owned vBulletin license, $75 on the domain name, and about $150 on the forum skin and getting it coded. Over $30 was spent on the web hosting.

I am taking offers from $500 on. If this is out of your budget, don't bother posting or trying to negotiate with me.

If so, why do you say there the domain cost you $60, when you say here $75?

Wow, Justice, please calm down for a moment, there is no reason to take legitamite questions as personal attacks. I believe you, but I needed to confirm this with you.

I can safely assume then that "John" is the previous owner of Webmaster-Talk.com and he's probably the one that sold it to you. Also, upon closer examination, "John" lives in the UK and you live in the US. Again, I totally believe you and trust you on this.

Please try to see it from the side of a potential buyer. The reason we ask questions like this is, we want to make sure your honest in your thread. If you were not honest, then we'd start to distrust other things like if the members of your forum are legit.

Do you mind if I ask a few other questions? Webmasters-Talk appears to be on a dedicatd server? How much does it cost per year for this dedicated server hosting? Who is your host?

Have you already added the "Google AdSense Revenue Sharing Hack" to Webmaster-Talk? So, if I'm the thread creator, and someone clicks on the adsense in that thread, I get paid the full amount of the adsense revenue? Or a certain percentage?

Have you already added the vBulletin 3.6 Upgrade (Or has it not Released From Beta yet?)

It's not on a dedicated server. Web hosting is at www.theprimehost.com and hosting is included as stated above. No I have not added the revenue sharing hack, unfortunately, so yes you will get 100% of revenue made with the website.

The vBulletin 3.6 upgrade has not been released to the public yet - that's undergoing beta testing...so it is powered by the latest version of vBulletin: 3.5.4

I'm not interested in seperating them. Price is $400 without the vBulletin license, $550 with it.
