I am looking to sell the website www.webmasterincome.net

The website is a week old and I do not have the time to attend to it much longer.

The site gets around 10 - 30 unique visitors a day and I have just added Adsense today, assume no income.

The domain is registered with Namecheap.com

The buyer gets full rights on the Yahoo! Answers guide that was written and is distributed on the site.

I am looking for a bin of $25

Yes, the majority of posts are unique, but I have added some posts of interest to webmasters which is duplicate content.
