If you turn this into the #1 webmaster portal it makes $10K+/month easily. Buying this at 10K is a no brainer.

If you spent $10k on a domain you should already have a very good idea of what you think it is worth.

Everyone here says it is great deal and you'll make a ton, yet, everyone here had the opportunity to buy it but didn't. How much are opinions worth when nobody was willing to put money out to take their own advice?

Didn't realize we all had our eyes on the same domains. Do you snap up every bargain you see? There is so much lol with your logic.

I made a generalization that is true more times then not, it was a Great Domains auction, not a private sale or obscure auction. And yes, if I could buy a $100 bill for $20 I would snap it up every time.
