If you spent $10k on a domain you should already have a very good idea of what you think it is worth.

Everyone here says it is great deal and you'll make a ton, yet, everyone here had the opportunity to buy it but didn't. How much are opinions worth when nobody was willing to put money out to take their own advice?

It is a great name however the problem is end users would not be interested in this type of name.
Webmasters are considered "domain reseller" too. I sold lot of names to Webmasters and they do not pay what we consider "end user price"

No doubt this is a great domain for webmaster resources or a community, but needs to be developed. There are easier names to monetize.
In this market I am not sure it can be flipped instantly for say, 15 or 20K but I may be pessimistic.
