As much as I hate .net, websitedesign.net is really nice. One of those names that works great with the extension.

That's definetely a four-figure name imo.

This is a tricky widget. Your first domain being .net knocks the knees out from under it for sale, and damages it for search engines.

But, to directly answer your question regarding worth if it was ranked in that position, extreme. If you advertised at 1-3 position for that term, it would cost you $600 - $1,000 per day for "web site design" and $1,500 - $2,300 per day for "website design". Just round that to $2,000 per day and counting what it would cost to advertise for that position instead of being in the natural results, and you could say the natural position saves you $60k per month.

So IF it had this position for those terms, its real value would be $60k at a bargain minimum as competition would pay this for that position. But while we are talking if's, we could if our way to riches....or poverty. As domain only now, not much. "IF" you developed it and got that position, you should safely be able to figure it is worth whatever the same advertising would cost, at a minimum.

So, I hope you want to do web design. lol

I agree with the mid 4 figure appraisal for websitedesign.net probably even more to a motivated buyer because the .net matches this keyword.
