If you were in TRAFFIC / Vegas and used your debit card at a local ATM, including that of your own bank (as it was in my case) I suggest that you check your bank account and/or contact your bank asap for any evidence of fraudulent transactions. My debit card was skimmed at the BoA ATM in downtown Vegas and purchases were made 2 days later in another country. Luckily, the bank alerted me, froze the transactions and reversed them. Happy reading.

That happened to me once also when I was on vacation (not in Las Vegas though) so I also warn people to check their accounts often. Here.
& in St. Louis area

Can't even use our credit cards, debit or cash cards anymore without wondering...

I never try to use those ATMs on wheels. Just seems to easy, like it seems here, to move those in and out.

I remember waking up in Vegas with the BIGGEST hang-over I'd ever had .. We had been there for 4 days and the last night we partied like crazy, playing blackjack and enjoying a gazillion "free" drinks (although when you're drunk enough you end up paying $25 a drink, because you start tipping the waitress with chips )! Anyways, I had a mad hang-over, a major head-ache and on top of that I was depressed because I'd lost a lot of money and wasted even more the night before..

So, right before we went to pick up our rental and drive to Cali, I went downstairs, back into the casino and towards the multi-hand video poker machine I'd lost most of my money on. I went over to the nearest ATM, withdrew $200 and deposited them into the machine.. 5 minutes later I got the Royal Flush on all three hands (I was playing 3 hands simultaneously) and I won $6k! Got back everything I lost and them some.. :) I had to call a cashier because the machine didn't print tickets that high and the son-of-a-b*itch took 30% off my winnings and told me it was to cover taxes. That's crazy .. I mean .. In casinos in other countries, it's your own responsibility to pay taxes of your winnings..

Anyways, it was a good day in Vegas.. Can't wait to go back. Oh and I'll watch out for the ATMs on wheels.

Sorry for being off-topic btw.. ;)
