I think the commercial value could be big you just need to get to the right market.

Occult and "goth" would be easy markets.

You could also do an informational page on the history of wereolves (or lycanthropy in general) with links to Amazon products (books, movies, etc..).

You could find a school that might have that as a mascot.

Super-brandable IMO. I think this is one of those domains you want to sit on until you get contacted by an end-user. Reseller-wise, I think $7k-$12k should be reasonable to expect.
