This is my second Upsate New York real estate domain I regd recently. I think .org works pretty well as a realestate domain and Upsate New York is increasing in popularity and economic activity. Input welcome. Thanks.

i just got a place in westchester recently.. it's great

i don't know if your domain is worth much though.. probably could do well with the search engines once developed but other then that.... nothing special.

westchestercounty.com was suppost to drop a few days ago... less then 24 hours before release the owner renewed it... argh! hate when that happens'

I don't think the domain is worth much as long as it's undeveloped either. You
should make a nice site and get it into search engines to achieve some value.
The domain as is is worth $xx, in my opinion. I don't agree with you saying that
.org does very well together with real estate keywords. Real estate agencies
are companies, no organizations. I wish you success in developing a site or in
selling the domain.
