I would like to know what you fellow domainers think about this guy selling the domain tmobil.com which is making $xxx every day:http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=67314
Everyone seems to applause but i think any potential buyer of this domain should beware that there is an obvious tm issue because of the international brand t-mobile.
I think the seller of this domain should at least tell this fact in his post, i am sure the potential buyer of this domain gets sue by the company for sure.
If i am wrong why should he sell this domain then?
It will continue to bring this kind of traffic forever, unless the Telekom once decides to change its brand from t-mobile to something else, which is unrealistic.

i offered him $70k for it, which i think is a stretch for a TM, but i liked
the name a bit. also, i figured i'd make that money back since @$14k/month
it would take the courts a few months to hand it over to t-mobile, so i
should make my money back.

i asked a few people what they think about it, and the overall response
i got is that the seller probably got a nasty letter in the mail from t-mobile
and that's why he's selling.

who else would sell a name like that?

we'll see how it goes, but i'm sure he'll find a sucker to buy it at his
$100k+ price.

Nope. I can get a SOLID generic domain that will make that much
(or maybe a little less) without worrying about TM for $178k
