How low can we go...
BIN has always been the immediate ACCEPTABLE purchase price. Should a seller fail to honor THEIR chosen BIN I would expect some form of action by admin, it is not a welcome practice on this or any other forum for various reasons. The fact there is no " rule " pertaining directly to a BIN does not mean there are not ethics the community will enforce.
