What are the rules regarding BIN? I have searched and cannot find them.
If somebody sets a BIN, I accept it, and they receive a higher offer, are they allowed to accept the higher offer?
What if I accept the BIN, are they allowed to post that they will accept higher offers for a period of time before accepting the BIN offer?
Or is the BIN binding?
there are no "rules". If a seller sets a bin, and you post "sold", he can do anything he likes.
Quite contradictory to what you said two posts above. But I think I know what you mean.legally - sure not
morally - maybe for some, but that depends entirely on whose moral values you're talking about.
even selling plain domain names like madeiraforum.com (nice one) will seem immoral to most.

but if I was you, I wouldn't bother spending more time on such a seller. that way you make your own "rules".
