I just won a domain auction from NameJet and it set it up in an Enom account which I was able to log into fine but it says the domain name is in an "auction lock" for another month...

Do I have to wait for the auction lock to be lifted to transfer the domain name to a registrar?

Losing registrar would be Enom and Gaining registrar would be GoDaddy.

Thanks.

Yes, you have to wait until the lock has been lifted then you can transfer to your preferred registrar.

There is a waiting period to transfer for both Snapnames and Namejet.
You can find it most likely in their terms of service. There are many registrars that will not allow a "new reg" to be transfered out until after a waiting period. Usually 4-6 weeks or in that range I seem to remember.
