Great article. I live by rule#1 but enduser buys still hold a lot of mysteries for me.

Typically I offer domains in the low $xxx to low $xxxx range. Many endusers still don't get the good names as low as $150. I've also offered two-word generic .com's to businesses that use these names as their business name for anything between 1,5k and 2,5k and some don't get it.
But then, i've sold an almost about to expire 3 word .com to an enduser for $500 recently.
