What should be the order of importance for a reseller?

Personally, my order is 1, 3, 4, 5, 7. I don't bother with the rest.

and maybe 1% of .info, the rest are just wishful thinking ... IMHO

Depends on the reseller and who their target market is...

For example some resellers are having great success with .DE ccTLD domains.

Another ccTLD worth keeping an eye on is .CN - it's not doing much yet, but certainly could soon given China's large population of 1.3 Billion (~4.5x that of USA), and more importantly the fast expansion of internet use there.

To reiterate, it really depends on the reseller and their target market.
