I'm beginning to wonder about an alternative for moniker.

I'm trying to register domains, and the system just hangs!
And their support seems to be abandoned on weekends and nights.

Is anyone else having trouble registering domains?

thanks.

Just try to transfer a couple names and received the error messages saying the names is already registered with Moniker with another account (which is bs) so I start the transfer to another registrar and it's fine.

They need to fix the system or they will lose more business.

I started a transfer months ago and they are still showing available for transfer out to this day. They have serious issues.

Is anyone surprised anybody still does biz with Moniker?

I am. Seriously now.

Lucky I transfered 400 names out of there end of December, have a few more left will RESCUE them once the system is back up, support has been horrible, they simply do not care, transfer outs take 7 days, unreal.

I am. Seriously now.

I don't keep my domains at Moniker. It was mostly domains that I purchased in a package which was pushed to me.

I will pull out all of my domains once their site is back to normal.

This has been about a month, I am having problems transferring out. Error after Error....its a shame I used to really like Moniker.

moniker is down right now... :(

They appear to be up and OK now...

(Hurry get those 99 cent Go daddy transfer domain codes and move as many as you can. I am :)

When attempting to do a whois lookup on domains tools for moniker listed domains I get the following error:

Whois Record Not Available
Server Required For Lookup Is Not Active

The only problem with me moving from Moniker to GoDaddy is I would lose my $1 privacy...

BlazeD - I can offer $1.00/per name at eNom if you're interested.
