Haven't heard back. I thought $750 was a low offer with it appraised at $22,500 on Atom and it costing me $150 just to hand reg it for 2 years. I've held this for 2 years with no offers and I thought $1,000 was beyond fair. A year ago I wouldn't have accepted anything less than $2,000
