Shorthand is UDRP is the process and WIPO is one of its accredited providers.
I can use UDRP and use WIPO to apply the process.

The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) is the procedure incorporated into your domain registration contract (in most major TLD's).

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is one of the two main providers of UDRP dispute services. The other major provider is the National Arbitration Forum (NAF). There is also one in Hong Kong and Beijing - the ADNDRC - and one in New York, whose name I can never remember, but which has some truly stellar fees.

I think the feeling of unfairness can be found on both sides of whatever fence you are referring to :-D

A dispute which is escalated to a structured conflict resolution scheme is per se contradictory, which inevitably means that (at least) one party believes they have been treated in an unfair manner...while the situation may change fundamentally after the proceedings, it may also simply leave the other party with the same feeling...
