So if this domain name is used as an short url redirection for homepages it may be marketable.
So the es.mn has about 10.000 subdomains redirecting to homepages.

This is very restrictive. Can you imagine how many Johns would want to signup, only to find out that 'John' is already taken? And really, the idea of 'John is my name' or 'Bob is my nick' is pretty dumb. $0,000.00
