For example: domain name, web site or not, type ins, overall traffic, PR, original asking price, final sales price, date of sale, how long on market; brokerage used, private sale or auction, etc. Thanks.

Im not sure what the rules are here towards posting urls, but i would suggest checking the biggest adult webmaster boards. It can give you an idea of what deals go down that arent on the other lists.
