What exactly are F$ and what are they good for So far I see I earn F$ for making posts. is there another wat of getting them . there is probably a post that explains it in detail but so far I havent seen it.

If you're not used to the F$: as Gold member you earn 2 dnf$ each time you post, or 3 dnf$ as Platinum. You can buy them to the VbPlaza for membership upgrading (you need 3500dnf$ to go Platinum) or trading stuff such as links for dnf$, domain names for dnf$, dnf$ donations… You may also earn by posting for other members who own a forum, and sometimes there is a contest.
