Bob, as far as I'm concerned you have always been one of the best on DNF. k:

I am still here too however, I did take a little break. Also, Adam and the Mods are great! No complaints here.

The unfortunate part is it's like literally being a referee, you only get blamed for the calls percieved to be bad by the fans while all the other good calls 99% go un-noticed.

It's really the same in marriage, do you tell your spouse eveyday how much you appreaciate them or just bitch and complaihn when something goes wrong.

There are a lot of good people that appreaciate what the mods do for the forum, I know I do, but I too fall victim to not saying it enough.

Thanks to all the mods that help make this place better, it is appreaciated and the current mod team is doing a fantastic job.

The mods are doing a great job, no question about that, but the jabs at one another has gone down alot, which is a good thing and a bad thing

Your kidding by this right? Speaking for myself, I always express my appreciation to the mods that help me here, Biggedon, Polish and Giant Domains especially, All great mods!

It isn't like I was ranting but rather just pointing something out -- Bob said that better than me. =)

As such after being a mod at quite a few forums and an admin at about 10 of them, I have developed a pretty thick skin. Now I don't pee in my pants everytime someone calls me a nazi or a dictator or threatens to fly over to my house with a shotgun -- and yes, I have been threatened with all that (never at DNf -- atleast till now heh).

But seeing that some people (including the admins) appreciate what we do is more than a reward and a motivation to ignore lot of flack we get. =)

Anyway back to my thread deleting and banning spree. j/k
