Hey!

I paid for a platinum upgrade. I was platinum for 2 days and then when I tried to update my profile I couldn't post and had to open trouble tickets and mail admins at their pop3 address.

Now I'm back to Gold. I paid for and upgraded to platinum and I want it back please.

I don't control the upgrading of members or the finances, that's the inhouse staff.

I agree, almost every answer to every question posted in this section is "File a support ticket".. It would almost work better for sup tix to be filed here.

That's because this is the "Suggestions and Feedback" forum. If you read the forum announcement it tells you support is via the ticket system only.

If I don't have the ability to fix an issue I always make sure it gets to the right person and quickly, which is what I have done again with your situation.

Yes, they were fixed today, hooray for that.
