Which domains to add privacy

I am considering adding privacy to a few domains I regged 2 days ago. But I'm not sure it's the smart thing to do since I wouldn't mind being contacted directly if someone was interested. It seems interest is building up for the products and services. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the descriptive domains hadn't been registered yet.

How does one determine if a domain is worth whois privacy?
