The thing is he is bidding not 2 years revenue, he is bidding 5 or 10 years revenue. Even for TM domains - 90% I see in auction history he buys is TM domains. It is not like you are buying a house, it is you are squatting a house and hope the real owner, which owns a lot of better houses, will never care.
