I used some of them, based on experience I would say the following.

I limit partnership to other search engine because the more you have them, this will slow your system providing search results. I recommend that you use 2-4 partners.

I used them for my www.submithits.com search engine where I put in BETA release due to some customized search code to give more banner options such as adsense context approach.

I'm hoping if fabulous, DS, DH or sedo will accept partnership so I can provide search results using their feeds. If I get one or two of this domain name parking service. I will be able to get ahead of the game in PPC search engine business.
