whois.crsnic.net problem ?

Hope someone can help. I have been using whois.crsnic.net to check .com .net and .org
domains for a while now, but now in past couple of days the results for most, not all, come back as
setup error on program I use . What would have caused this as I havent changed anything at all ?.

They have a maximum queries for individual ip address (something like 10K a month I think) Can someone confirm? Cheers.

Thanks for that. In fact you are correct as I discovered this. LUCKILY I have a facility in my Router that lets me change the MAC address simply by typing a new one into the Router management screen and then my ISP assigns me a brand new IP address so's I can start all over again with new IP each time ,lol.
