Vividdomains.com caught a name for me thru Pool. Problem is they don't have any way to manage the names, and 2 transfer requests failed so far. Pool has got to do something about these registrars they set up to just catch names. What good is paying the high bids if you don't get the name?

I can't speak for any names caught by Vivid for any other service.

We are aware of WHOIS issues with a number of our partners. The problem traces to a communications failure between the registrars and eNom, and we're working on resolving the problem as quickly as possible.
