O.K for a marketing perspective for selling wholesale products listed by actual wholesalers...........which would be the best domain to market the site ?

these are not the geographic country but an example :

taiwanwholesale.com or taiwanwholesalers.com

taiwanwholesale is better. the plural version would be better if there were multiple wholesalers on the website. Since there is just one, just the non-plural version

there are specific rules for using singular or plural versions of a word

if you want to be sure, leave opinions out.

Wholesalers is going to appeal to both those that are wholesalers as well as the retail sect. Yes, I know this is wholesale so, why mention retail? A legitimate wholesale business is going to have pricing for big volume wholesalers and a different pricing structure for the retail side of their trade...in other words retailers will be able to buy product a discount in bulk. So, yes, there are multiples in the wholesale trade.

Wholesalers is going to get traffic from both of these demographics. When I was looking for blueberry plants, being an entity that runs a business I wanted to save. My search on Google was for Blueberry Plant Wholesalers because I know the wholesale trade caters to large volume wholesalers and retailers (as a supplier).
