Isn't it amazing how a member offered such a valuable OV Suggestion Tool name for low 2 figures yesterday? I have also seen that happen many other times with nice overture names and less than $100 asking prices, even some as low as $15 to $30.
One I will never forgot from last year, a regional geographic place name with nice returns for a mere $80. I missed it by seconds and the same day offered the dnf buyer $380 for it, a quick $300 profit he said no to. Also the one sold last night for low 2 figures I offered that buyer a quick $100 profit for a fast flip, but again the answer was no as he said the name was worth $500 or more based on PPC projection.
Am usually beat out on them by a matter of minutes as for some odd reason I do not see the post right away. Can also never buy them from the new owner as a fast flip regardless of how many hundreds of a percent profit is offered within hours of his buy.
The org name I just missed is we guess is easily worth between $500 to $1000 retail based on typein traffic. Why in the world would he sell it for low 2 figures, especially with so many members advertising for such names all the time, very odd.
I also advertise for these names both in my Signature Line and also surprisingly using Google Adwords (with lots of response) but get mostly worthless names sent to me, and good ones rarely offered, but I see them selling on forums for peanuts. Why offer them so cheap and not bother to send the OV names for offers to members who specifically advertise for them!
