WIPO domain dropped

Hi,

If a domain previously assigned via WIPO from one owner to its 'legit owner' drops, is there any problem if I buy it? May I suppose the second owner let it expire and he's no more interested in it?

yep you're still in trouble - there's a reason it has been dropped/deleted

a notable $97K TM domain that was auctioned last week has been WIPOed twice already

no such thing... when a domain gets deleted or expires, goes to auction.. simple as that

there are lots of TM typos dropping everyday particularly disney channel, wallgreens, others
