I have created content (50 articles, 25 blog posts and links), registered the domain, had the design & logo made.

What would someone pay for this and where could I sell this?

how many backlinks do you have going to the domain.. There are no backlinks, its just compatible with niche

Does the site get any traffic.? It gets minimal type in traffic

Is the site making any money right now ? Just parked

You will be able to get substanially more money if you have traffic and revenue to show for it. You can get traffic by building up some links for it - and if you've got adsense on it, then that can be your revenue. The newer the domain name and site, the less you are going to get for it.

If you can hold out for a few months, I'd suggest working on getting traffic to it.
