OVT with ext. is around 5-10. $/click is $0.15-0.2. The traffic comes from the UK. Opinions? What traffic would such a "almost junk" domain would get?

depends on the name. If it's just a mishmash of letters or letters/numbers that no one would understand, than no I wouldn't reg it. If it's two clear words that make sense together and have some commercial/brandable potential, then probably yes. But if it looks like a junky domain (ie: no branding potential) then no.

I have bought many names that have no ovt with ext and sold them for good profit - like Hugegrowth says, if there is potential value to an end user, it could be worth buying.

Of course, if you are only looking for type in traffic, then you would be crazy to reg a name if you didn't think you would get your money back, plus some.
