wp robot does google penalize you

Have been looking at wprobot, but does google penalize you seo etc

It and its' competitors used to be great for minisites, now Google can see re-written jumbled junk and toss it to the side. Not worth it, better off paying $5-$20 * 5 for a well written articles and do some SEO for the most organic traffic.
