For Sale .ws drops?

Does anyone know how .ws names drop? Is there a redemption period/ deletion period similar to the other extensions or do the names simply drop on the expiration date?

Also, once a .ws name drops, is it available through any registrar that offers the .ws extension? I believe .ws has a strange policy of not allowing transfer of names amongst registrars, but once a name drops is it fair game for all?

Thanks for any input... I don't usually follow .ws, but there is an interesting one expiring soon.

usually when it get deleted from the registrar it goes to the registry for certain period maybe 1 - 2 months and get listed at http://www.website.ws/released.dhtml (if its a good name) to allow people to register them only via website.ws for $70/2yrs, during this period it show as registered from other registrars, as soon as it get deleted from there it will be available for registration from other registrars, like godaddy's $9.95 :-D

infact it seems all names not only good ones are listed
