Someone wants to buy your parking account (with names) for the prices quoted, is how I interpret this.

On a famous blackhat forum I've seen a guy selling 20 parking account for $30, another selling paypal accounts (500+ accounts) and another selling banks account :sigh2:

I don't understand how the sale of a bank account is possible in the world we live.

I hate people selling accounts.

That was yesterday.

Then revives a 20 day old thread to post the same message today.

Is there a legitimate service being provided by some of these people which doesn't involve click fraud? I understand that is the concern of most regulars here.

I ask for two reasons. The first being the openess of the people buying accounts illustrated in this thread. Secondly, I've had numerous good transactions with a person who I later found out buys and sells parking accounts.

There is no such thing as a legitimate service of selling parking accounts. Every parking account is approved/denied based on personal and portfolio parameters. You cannot resell or ask to purchase "blank" shells. It's like erasing all your passport info and selling it to someone else. It's illegal.
