I had this appraised a while ago, and someone just offered on it, I just want to get the full value from the domain.

it gets over 100 type-in's per month.

I am being offered $100 for this domain. Does anyone agree with this price or disagree on it? Please help me here!

I think you're wrong on that point as I've seen Microsoft go after typos in the past...but it's a chance the buyer seems to be willing to take.

well I think it worths more than $100 but you may have problems with this domain, so it's up to you (if you keep it you can make some cash trough ads or affiliate links)
