closed www.gulf-times.net, please analyse

Dear domain experts,

I recently bought this domain www.gulf-times.net.
As you all know the root website of Aljazeera is www.aljazeera.net and not aljazeera.com.
However the main news site of gulf-times is www.gulf-times.com and not gulf-times.net.
My domain is getting views in a considerable way. But since i am not a developer of website, the domain's full potential to generate revenue hasn't been utilised. I feel the person who can develop this domain into a arab news website and target better advertise.google ads on it has a considerable revenue to his name. Due to lack of good template and better targetted advertisements, it is generating more views compared to clicks. So, I would like to know how much does this domain worth, as i am thinking of selling it. I would like to get your estimates. This is my first post on appraisal.
