Domain and content for sale.
Content is MSQL database and site is cold fusion but as we all know that can transfer to asp aspx very easily but offering hosting account so buyer can do as they wish.
This is not a set it up with a domain to sell on ebay but a site that has constant traffic with no work. a serious player could take this and do well.
It has a mature theme and 1000's of pictures.
Serious enquires will check age of site and alexa etc so as far as price I want an offshore fishingboat with electronics and licence so no stress and not seeing another tit
