Am looking to find out if this has any re-sale value. The previous owner inadvertently let it drop and is now seeking to buy it back.

It might have some credibilty to develop as a review site/blog for all news aspects of mortages loans etc.

Would be grateful for any comments.

I don't much value other than the fact that you can run a blog.

get what you can get get out.

Don't be too greedy. :)

Assuming you paid $60-$70 for it I'd say start at $150 and take any counter offer over $100.

the domain itself isn't that great.

Yes, take anything over $100, not a great name IMO.

Agree. Sell it for $100!

If the previous owner is willing to buy it back after a drop, GET RID OF IT !

Sell Sell Sell ! The name totally stinks, get what you can off the guy.
