I assume dirk means the site itself rather than the domain name.
The main thing a site like that needs is traffic from people who are looking to buy (preferably above reg fee).
Until the site has traffic and a sales history, then its just a.n.other domain site.

That looks like a useful site. But the $2 they are asking is kinda funny. May be trying to lock in credit card details.
